Headings

The heading levels on this page is wrong. When this page is converted to DocBook the generated ToC is going to be a mess. Since the main heading on this page is for a section in the chapter Various, it should be marked as such, i.e. === Troubleshooting... === instead of == Troubleshooting... ==. All sections below this should be similarly adjusted.

Some later pages have this same problem.

I can't really remember what we did about these pages. Looking at the source, it seems the heading of this page have the correct levels now.
