Please do, or let me know if you have a problem. I suspect that only certain groups will be allowed to delete (I'll check up on that).
It seems I can't delete the page. To move the page requires administrator rights, so I guess deleting would require the same rights. Besides, I couldn't find a tool to delete a page anywhere.
I think all is well now - all the Kontact_Mobile pages should be gone and Kontact_Touch taking their place. Please let me know if I've overlooked anything
annew: Thanks for the help and for moving the main page. Can you also move over the subpages?
If a redirection is not possible, I think we should consider leaving a link to the new page at the old page location. Currently there is none.
Thanks again, Bernhard
Sorry, I hadn't spotted that they had not been moved. I've found Kontact_Mobile/Screenshots, Kontact_Mobile/Maemo5, Kontact_Mobile/MeeGo and Kontact_Mobile/WinCE. Are you aware of any others?
I'll tackle them tomorrow.
All are now moved to Kontact_Touch/whatever. However, can you please check the pages? I think there may be related edits needed before I mark them for translation.
Thanks annew for helping and moving the pages. This was quite important to us, especially that the redirect is working now.
As for checking the pages: I am not quite sure what to check for. I guess I need to learn more about the translation system sometimes. E.g. occasionally some of the technical info change pretty fast and I am not sure if translators actually would want to translate the more volatile information. (But let us move this to the new pages discussions, if necessary.) :)
Re checking - I was really thinking of asking you to check that all links do actually go where you intend them to, not to Kontact_Mobile addresses. Of course if you need any kind of help, please do ask.
The advantage of the new translation system is that translators can be notified of changes, so that they can deal with the updated sections without having to search for changes. Our (very small) team of core translators track every change, as well as helping me keep the markup to optimum.
I'll give some thought to your suggestion about contacting the PIM developers. I need to work out what is ideal for UserBase and what is not too onerous for the developers :-) Getting the balance is vital.
