Is the second paragraph redundant?

The second paragraph (labeled T:101) was weird, and after Yurchors fix is still largely redundant. My guess is, that is is a fragment of the old text that was unintentionally left in. Should it be removed?

If not, I would suggest a rewrite of the first two section to avoid to much repetition.

I added warning signs in umpteen places about manually adding tags, but there is no way on earth to make people read instructions :-(
