Page_display_title missing

Page_display_title is missing in this page. Hence, the translators could not translate the title.

I added a top level title, without checking, only to find that the title was appearing twice on the translation message list. I removed the new one, and the Page Display Title is there, awaiting translation, so I don't know why it wasn't there for you.
