Remove page?

Just noticed a problem. If this page is outdated, should it really be marked for translation? I understand that the translations should be accessible, but it feels like a waste of time and effort to let new people translate it if it's going away.

I'm inclined to simply update para 5. and leave the page alone after that. There's nothing actually wrong with it, and if someone comes across it from a link there are already many translations. I don't see it likely that there would be frequent edits, so it's not an on-going job.

Alright, I'm OK with that. How about removing the point "Be aware that your contribution will be governed by the licenses..." from Tasks and Tools and link to Guidelines instead? (E.g. "Please read the general guidelines for contributing to UserBase" or something like that).

Also I would like to move it to http://userbase.kde.org/Guidelines since /UserBase doesn't exist anymore, but that's for when we can move pages with translations (and not critical in any way).

I don't think it does any harm to mention the licenses in two places, and it's not information that's going to change frequently so there isn't a maintenance issue.

As for moving the page, I agree that we can't do it at this stage.
