Could you please change the category of Tellico/Compiling/fa to? The language direction gets very confused when I try to add it

Sorry, you are misunderstanding what is needed. In the [[Category:Admin]] statement, it's the category-name, Admin, that needs to be translated. "Category:" is the command part understood by Mediawiki.
Thanks for those. Could you please do the same for Kontact/fa, translating Office to اداری/fa ?
The idea is that category names should appear in the language of the page. Importantly, clicking on that category statement takes you to a list of similar pages, so you don't want dozens of English pages showing up on the same page . We have an (incomplete) list of translations, to ensure consistency, on Category_Translation,_Esperanto_to_Suomi(fi) - perhaps you could fill in the gaps?
The statement needs translation to look like "[[Category:دسترسی/fa]]" - the language extension being used so that languages with great similarities are not confused.

I do this in page http://userbase.kde.org/Welcome_to_KDE_UserBase but that page doesn't exist!: everything is correct? __________________________________ on same page I can't translate last section "If you are willing to contribute..." it say :Invalid token (badtoken) can you help me?
The redlink - yes that is to be expected. At first, all that is on that page is the auto-generated link to your page. What you should do now is, in Farsi, put on that page something like "on this page you will find Farsi pages about...." - take a look at the English equivalent category page. It doesn't need to be a direct translation of what's there, but it will give you an idea.
The last section - since you can never save it, it's hard for me to guess. One possibility would be for you to paste the message that comes back - but if it's in Farsi I won't be able to read it
The only thing I can guess at is the possibility that you are translating a part of a link that should stay untranslated, such as "Special:mylanguage/Tasks_and_Tools" where only the "Tasks and Tools" after the pipe symbol should be translated. If it's not that, I'll try to get someone from the i10n team to look at it for you.
no I didn't translate link. also when I select on ↓ and copy English, it give me same error.
Can you provide me the translation for that section as answer here? So i can do some tests.

but the wiki isn't complete with RTL language for example Arabic or Farsi!!
Can you be just a little bit more specific?
Can you explain the issues on #kde-www (on freenode.net) to the developers?
when I write Farsi, statement should start right side (unlike English) but it's start left side and when Farsi words mixture English words it's very terrible if this problem doesn't fix I can't continue because writs are illegible
I wasn't aware of this problem, but now you have alerted us, we are trying to find a solution. We'll report back on this page when we either have a solution or the bad news. Sorry about this.
Note that this will be fixed after upgrading to MediaWiki 1.18 and upgrading the Translate extension to trunk. Adding <div dir="rtl"> tags will no longer be necessary.
Hi. I see that you accidentally translated the main Introduction to KDE page, which had to be reverted. I'm sorry about that, but you need to be working within the Translate system. Translate_a_Page will help you get started. You don't have to lose all the work you've already done, either. Once you have set up your Translator account I'll get the archived page back and copy it onto a page for you, so that you can copy and paste if you wish.
I hope you won't let this put you off - I'd be very happy to see you working with us.

What kind of help do you need?
You just need a translator account (the instruction is given by the link above).
Once you've got your account you will see a link to translate the page. On that new page there is a drop-down list of languages. Choose your language there and Fetch the messages. It will be easy once you have seen that. If you apply for the account now I can authorise it before I leave for the night.
