Where should a complete Newbie start?

Hello

I am a bit confused about the entry pages of this wiki. I am using Linux since 14 years and know what to do if some problems with the computer occur. But my father with the age of 60 years who wants to start with Computers doesnt know anything. So I was looking for a central web page which could guide him through the main interactions and common tasks using KDE. In my opinion this wiki could be a favourite. But checking this wiki from the Welcome page I couldnt find the obvious path through KDE. This introduction page is even misleading because all the links are targeted for contributors.

In the end my question is: shouldnt we use this page as a guide for absolute beginners with the appropriate links which lead to all the topics useful for them. In this way one can go the way from the entry site in several jumps to the specific topics without having to use the search function.
