Ah - you mean that you want "Information" to be replaced by your language? The way to do that is to go to http://userbase.kde.org/index.php?title=Template:Info&action=edit and copy the code. Then start a new page called Template:Info/ca, paste in the code and edit the heading. You now have a template for your future needs. You can do the same for any of the box templates which you'll find listed at User:Annew/Snippets#Boxes
