That's usually caused by someone manually adding section numbers. I've deleted those two section numbers and the system has re-numbered them as 85 and 86. They should be translatable now.

A problem was found at server level. Yurchor reported the same problem, and confirms that it's now fixed, so you should be OK to continue.
