On my installation of KDE 4.5 under openSUSE 11.3, I can't find any widget by the name 'Quicklaunch'. I have one called QuickAccess, though. Is that the same? Btw., Quicklaunch doesn't seem to enist in KDE 4.4.4 either - at least not under openSUSE 11.3.
No, QuickAccess is another widget. Quicklaunch should be shipped with kdebase, as far as I know
OK, thanks. Maybe its name has been translated. Does its icon show a rocket launching? If so, I think may have found it.
Yep, that should be it. The author is Ingomar Wesp and version is 0.2 in Plasma Desktop 4.5.x.
