The redirect is a Special:myLanguage one, so you don't need to do anything about it. I changed my display language to French, and using the sidebar link took me to http://userbase.kde.org/Tasks_and_Tools/fr#Working_with_Languages - which is correct. All that's needed now is to translate the sidebar message. You'll find the instructions for that in http://userbase.kde.org/Modifying_the_Sidebar#Translating_Sidebar_Items
