I noticed, that there are some links to subsections in this page. They don't translate well, so I thought I would try to make them translatable as suggested here.
As I went through the page I noticed two other things: In the KRunner section there is a link to "Navigating through options", but no such section exists in the KRunner page. I assumed that a link to "Navigating through results" was intended and changed the link accordingly, but left the text unchanged. Also, we don't seem to have a page about Spamassassin. The page Tutorials/Mail has been deleted, and searching UserBase gave nothing, so I have commented that entry out.
