Don't actually do the re-translate yet. We are still working on finding the best solution to the problems of pages like this. IMO they need to be greatly simplified. I would have taken the image links out altogether, but it seems others value them. Please join the discussion on Talk:Translation_Workflow.
The Special:MyLanguage in the link basically means that you don't have to add the country code onto those links. It automatically takes you to the correct language page matching the language you have set as your local one. It does mean that we will have to manually introduce it to pages, but once done it is done forever. The intention is a one-off job to save work in the future. Try it, and if you have doubts, bring it into the discussion thread on Talk:Translation_Workflow
