Links in headlines

Please note that as a matter of policy we never have links in headlines. Even though it no longer looks frighteningly ugly with our new design, there is still a problem: The visual distinction between a headline with a link and one without a link is slight, so it may confuse readers. Also, a page with just some headlines and no text looks rather odd, imho Face-smile.png

The best solution is either to write a little text - perhaps just a bulleted list - and have the links in that text or to have a handbook style table of content. I have changed the headlines to a TOC, but feel free to change that to text with links if you think that is the best option.

Btw. the Articulate pages looks very nice. Thanks for your work!
