KMag
Also known as KMagnifier, a screen magnifier from KDE.
KMouseTool
An automatic mouse "clicker" for people with Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) or similar.
KMouth
A type-and-say GUI for speech synthesizers.
KTTS
The KDE Text-to-Speech system.
