Karaoke sencillo, o cómo obtener el máximo provecho de su sintetizador MIDI

KMid forma parte de Extragear, la publicación de versiones no se sincroniza necesariamente con KDE SC. La última versión estable es la 2.4.0, publicada el 15 de agosto de 2010.

¿Entonces, cual es el estado actual?

    Implementación actual

Aquí están algunas de las principales funcionalidades implementadas en KMid2:

    • Soporta archivos MIDI y Karaoke.
    • Reproducción en dispositivos MIDI externos.
    • Permite usar sintetizadores software, como Timidity++ y QSynth/FluidSynth.
    • Controles de tempo y volumen.
    • Añadido control de tono (transporte).
    • Vista de ritmo (metrónomo visual).
    • Codificación de texto, tipografía y color de letra configurables.
    • Listas de reproducción (colecciones de canciones).
    • Mapeador MIDI, traducción de eventos MIDI genéricos en otros eventos entendidos por algunos sintetizadores.
    • Ventana de canales, con controles solo/silencio y selectores de instrumento.
    • Ventana de pianola, usando tecnología y gráficos de VMPK.
    • Integración con Konqueror.
    • Funciona en Linux, Windows y Mac OSX.

    ¿Qué está pendiente?

    • Múltiples puertos MIDI de salida. Actualmente reproduce en un único puerto de salida.

    Cambios

    • Nuevas traducciones y actualizaciones

    Notes for usage

    • If you use Timidity++ as a software synthesizer, you may have to install GUS patches or sound fonts. You can find them at freepats
    • Fluidsynth is an alternative. It has a helpful gui called QSynth. For soundfonts, try General User GS.
    • For more information and options, there is a tutorial available.
