Introducción
Kdenlive es un acrónimo para KDE Non-Linear Video Editor. Es un programa libre (cubierto por la licencia GPL) diseñado principalmente para plataformas GNU/Linux, aunque también funciona en BSD[1] y MacOS sólo en caso de que se base en componentes portables (framework Qt y MLT ).
Edición de video no lineal es mucho más potente que los editores (lineales) para principiantes, por lo que necesita un podo más de organización antes de comenzar. Sin embargo, no está limitado para especialistas y se puede usar para pequeños proyectos personales.
A través del framework MLT, KDEnlive integra muchos complementos con efectos para procesamiento o creación de video y sonido. Además KDEnlive tiene una poderosa herramienta de títulos, una solución para elaboración de DVD (con menús) y por ello se puede utilizar como un estudio completo para elaboración de video.
Características de edición de video
