KolourPaint zielt darauf ab ein Mal- und Zeichenprogramm für Anwender mit "durchschnittlichen" Anforderungen zu sein. Es beschränkt sich auf eine einfache und übersichtliche Oberfläche mit allen Werkzeugen, die man erwartet.
