La comunitat Kubuntu està composta per persones i equips de treball per empaquetar programari, provar-lo, fer triatge dels errors, i després promoure Kubuntu a un públic més ampli. Tot el programari, treball artístic, i la documentació ha estat creat, provat, usat i debatut obertament per persones arreu del món que participen en la comunitat «Open Source», el qual ha estat possible gràcies a Internet. Us convidem a ajudar a donar forma a la Kubuntu per satisfer millor les vostres necessitats.

Difondre el missatge

La forma més fàcil de retornar aquest esforç a la comunitat Kubuntu, és compartint amb els altres. Recomanar-los la Kubuntu, mostrar-los com es descarrega i instal·la, i debatre amb ells les possibilitats i qualitats del programari de codi obert. A mesura que la nostra comunitat creix, es fa més vigorosa i està més recolzada.

Donar suport i aconseguir-lo

La prestació de suport és una manera impressionant de retornar aquest esforç a la comunitat, atès que no cal tenir coneixements avançats o saber-ho tot sobre Linux o Kubuntu. Segur que acabareu aprenent més a mesura que aneu ajudant als altres, el qual augmentarà el vostre coneixement i habilitats. Aquesta pot ser una porta d'entrada a l'aprenentatge d'altres coses, des del triatge d'errors a l'empaquetament, potser fins i tot a la programació. A més, és molt gratificant arreglar el sistema d'algú que es troba a l'altra banda del món!

Podeu donar suport i aconseguir-lo en els canals d'IRC, a través de la llista de correu dels usuaris de Kubuntu, o a través dels fòrums de Kubuntu, els fòrums d'Ubuntu i els fòrums del KDE.

Subscriure's

Per començar a utilitzar les llistes de correu cal subscriure's. La subscripció permet enviar un missatge sense haver d'esperar en una cua per l'autorització, i permet rebre missatges d'altres persones que també estiguin subscrites a la llista de correu.

Abans d'enviar un missatge, comproveu si el tema s'ha plantejat anteriorment. Per a fer-ho, utilitzeu Google per a cercar en els arxius.
