Hi ha tres maneres de contactar amb el projecte Kubuntu: les llistes de correu (correu electrònic), Internet Relay Chat (IRC) i els fòrums.
Les llistes de correu
Les llistes de correu són les eines de comunicació oficial del projecte Kubuntu. Permeten el debat a través del correu electrònic i hi ha arxius en els que es poden realitzar cerques.
Subscriure's:
Per començar a utilitzar les llistes de correu cal subscriure's. La subscripció permet enviar un missatge sense haver d'esperar en una cua per l'autorització, i permet rebre missatges d'altres persones que també estiguin subscrites a la llista de correu.
Abans d'enviar un missatge, comproveu si el tema s'ha plantejat anteriorment. Per a fer-fo, utilitzeu Google per a cercar en els arxius.

Internet Relay Chat
IRC permet comunicar-vos en temps real amb moltes altres persones que també estan utilitzant IRC, i que es troben a xarxes i canals comuns. All Ubuntu and Kubuntu channels are on the Freenode network. The server address is 'irc.freenode.net', and the default port is '6667'.
Use the command /join #channelname to join a channel.
For example:

Kubuntu Phone Support
If you or your organisation needs help with your computer systems running Kubuntu but you don't want to worry about the best IRC channel to ask in you can pay some money and phone up the office in England to get some help. They will use phone, e-mail, Google hangout, Skype, VNC and any other method you like to help diagnose the issue and resolve it for you.
