    Eine Live-CD erlaubt Ihnen, die in der Regel aktuelle stabile Version von KDE und anderen Anwendungen zu testen, ohne ein Linux installieren oder Ihre bestehende Linux-Installation ändern zu müssen. Diese Distributionen starten und laufen vollständig von CD und ändern nichts an Ihrer Festplatte. Sie können daher auf einem Windows-Computer ohne Risiko ausprobiert werden. Alle aufgeführten CDs sind frei zum Download verfügbar.
