Okteta是一个针对文件原始数据的简单的编辑器。

在传统视图中数据显示为两列：一列是数值，另一列是对应的字符。数值列和字符列都可以进行编辑。除了通常的编辑功能之外，Okteta也包含了一些工具，例如一个列出按一些通常的数据格式解码的表格，列出所有可能的字节和它的对应的字符和数值，一个包含了过滤器工具和统计信息的信息视图。所有对数据的修改可以无限次的撤销或者重做。
