Pairs is an educational program that stimulates your memory and logic skill. It aims to help the development of preschool kids.

It is part of the KDE Education Project.


Description

Pairs is a collection of games aimed to help the development of preschool children. With these games the child can improve memory, logic, hearing and even reading skills. Each game can have different themes so the child is stimulated with different and new challenges.

Game Pairs

Pairs is a game for the development of memory skills. The goal of this game is to find out all the identical pictures. These pictures are hidden in a set of tiles. When the player click on a tile, it will get flipped and the picture hidden on its back will get revealed. When the player click another tile and if it has the same picture as the previous one both of them will be marked as a correct pair. When a correct pair is found both cards will stay uncovered and the player will get a point. However, if you click a wrong tile, both the tiles will be flipped back to previous hidden state. Each tile matches with only one other tile which has the exact same picture on its back. To play this game, the player has to memorize the tile location along with its picture. When the player found out all the correct pairs the game will finish.
