Or, go to <menuchoice>Window -> Tool views</menuchoice> in the top menubar, and turn on <menuchoice>Snippets</menuchoice>. Then click on the <menuchoice>Add repository</menuchoice>button (a slight misnomer — it allows you to create a named collection of snippets for source codes of a particular kind, e.g. C++ sources) and create an empty repository.
