Actually I believe that the commands for resolving the apparmor problem are wrong. I believe they should be the following:

/etc/sudo aa-complain mysqld-akonadi
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor reload

This could well be distro-specific. Please try to confirm with your distro, then add information here. --annew 09:44, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
