This is meant for insertion of inline images of icons and buttons. It is just a placeholder to make it easy to find such images when we find a better solution for inline images. It should be used for images, that do not conform to the current standard for inline icons images (16 x 16, file name = Icon-...png) to be used with the Icon template.
