BTW in Opera (Linux) &amp;emsp; looks like empty bar (with the border).&emsp;

It seems that some authors prefer to format the pages as they like, using some entities (like &emsp;, &mdash;, etc.). If the usage of such entities is necessary for the wiki, can it be regulated by the translation or author rules?

BTW in Opera (Linux) &emsp; looks like empty bar (with the border).
