Message definition (Concepts/OpenPGP Help Spread)

The group with the highest interest in the propagation of cryptography is the current users of cryptography. The media and the economy have better means for spreading it but they will not do that in the near future. Thus we need the help of everyone who is already using crypto tools. Of course, people who do not use it yet but are planning to do so are welcome, too. Please have a look at the following suggestions and think about it which of them you can act on.

Найбільш зацікавленою у поширенні криптографії групою є поточні користувачі криптографії. Засоби масової інформації та економіка матимуть більше вигоди від поширення відомостей про криптографію, але важко очікувати відповідних дій з цього боку найближчим часом. Таким чином, нам потрібна допомога усіх, хто вже користується засобами криптографії. Звичайно ж, будемо раді допомозі з боку тих, хто ще ними не користується, але має намір робити це. Будь ласка, ознайомтеся із викладеними нижче пропозиціями і подумайте над тим, до яких з запропонованих дій ви могли б долучитися.
