As regards audio synchronization, video rendering and other issues, developers will not answer support requests unless a minimum amount of footage is available somewhere to reproduce bugs.

Для вад, які пов'язано із синхронізацією звуку, обробкою відео, та інших вад розробники не відповідатимуть на запити щодо підтримки, якщо для відтворення вад не буде надано хоча б мінімального за обсягом запису для відтворення вади.
