Message definition (Kdenlive/Manual/Transitions/Affine)

In many applications, this transition can be used instead of a [[Special:MyLanguage/Kdenlive/Manual/Transitions/Composite|Composite]] transition and this provides a workaround to the composite transition "green tinge" bug reported by some.
