Apparently, some features from plasma can hinder Latte Dock's ability to show itself when touching the screen border. Plasma 5.10 added the option to execute actions on swiping over a border on a touch screen. You can find this option in System Settings under: Desktop behaviorTouch screen. If you have your dock on the same border a touch gesture is active, the dock may not be able to show itself. Try deactivating the gesture on that border, then close and restart your session and check if the problem was fixed. (#676)
