Starting with release 19.2, which was released on August 15, 2020 ''MX Linux'' is also available with KDE Plasma. ''MX Linux'' is a cooperative venture between the antiX and former MEPIS communities using best tools and talents from each distro. It is a midweight OS designed to combine an elegant and efficient desktop with simple configuration, high stability, solid performance and medium-sized footprint. On ''MX Linux'' '''systemd''' is not used by default. Починаючи з версії 19.2, яку було випущено 15 серпня 2020 року, у MX Linux також можна скористатися Плазмою KDE. MX Linux є спільним проєктом спільнот antiX і колишнього MEPIS, у якому використано найкращі інструменти і таланти кожного з дистрибутивів. Це середньовагова операційна система, яку розроблено з метою поєднання елегантності та ефективності з простим налаштовуванням, підвищеною стабільністю, стійкою швидкодією та середнім навантаженням на систему. У MX Linux типово не використовується systemd. Втім, його можна увімкнути, якщо ви хочете ним скористатися.^[1]
