Please - NEVER add a translate tag manually. The system will add them where needed - it uses them to control where sections belong. Manually added tags break the system.
My bad. That will never happen again ;) Where should i say that there is a tag missing ?
You don't need to. Basically, if there is an empty line, the next line will automatically get a tag added. If you delete material, delete the tag with it (assuming that it is the whole paragraph). If you insert material within a paragraph it will show up on the translations as FUZZY and the translators will fix their pages. If you insert new paragraphs, no matter where on the page they occur, just ensure that there is an empty line in front of them. The rest will happen automatically. The problem on the Okular page is that the "What is Okular" is outside the translate area, so will never be translated. I'll change that now. Check it out. I'll not be adding a tag, but you'll see a new one appear.
