Finally, there are some privacy configurations in the tab <menuchoice>Privacy</menuchoice>, they are mostly self-explanatory. The option <menuchoice>Use old inline PGP format for signed and encrypted messages</menuchoice> (read here what [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pretty_Good_Privacy PGP] means) is not recommended, because there exists a method to do this with the built-in OTR, which will be explained [[Special:myLanguage/Kopete/Jabber/Useful_configuration_hints#OTR|later in this tutorial]].

Por último, hay algunas opciones de privacidad en la pestaña Privacidad, que en su mayoría son fáciles de entender.
