Message definition (Konqueror)

''Frames'' allow you to view multiple locations, documents or websites in a single window under a single tab by splitting the window. This can be used e.g. to view multiple web pages at once, to copy files from one location to another (either from one folder to another or from a remote location like an FTP site or a shared network folder), view or compare two documents at the same time and for many other possibilities.
To use frames, either go to the <menuchoice>Window</menuchoice> menu or right-click on the status bar at the bottom of the window and select either <menuchoice>Split view left/right</menuchoice> or <menuchoice>Split view top/bottom</menuchoice>. You can also create or remove frames using the short-cuts displayed in the <menuchoice>Window</menuchoice> menu for each action. You can control each view by clicking on it and interacting with it as usual.

Os marcos permítenche ver varios lugares, documentos ou páxinas web nunha soa fiestra e baixo una mesma pestana ao dividir a fiestra. Isto pode ser usado, por exemplo, para ver varias páxinas web ao mesmo tempo, para copiar arquivos dun sitio a outro (tanto dun cartafol a outra, como desde unha localización remota como un sitio FTP ou un cartafol compartido de rede), para ver ou comparar dous documentos á vez e para moitas outras posibilidades. Para usar marcos, podes ir ao menu Window ou facer clic co botón dereito na barra de estado na parte inferior da fiestra, e seleccionar Split view left/right ou Split view top/bottom. Tamén podes crear ou eliminar marcos usando os atallos mostrados no menú Window para cada acción. Podes controlar cada vista facendo clic nela e interactuando con ela da forma habitual.
