Message definition (System Settings/Workspace Appearance)

Here you can select which window theme you want to use. The window theme affects how window title bars and window edges look like as well as the buttons in the titleline. You can fine tune the chosen theme using the <menuchoice>Configure Decorations...</menuchoice> and <menuchoice>Configure Buttons...</menuchoice> buttons and the <menuchoice>Get New Decorations...</menuchoice> button lets you download more themes.

Aqui você pode selecionar qual tema de janelas deseja usar. O tema de janelas afeta como a barra de título e os lados das janelas se parecem, bem como os botões da linha de título. Você pode ajustar o tema escolhido usando os botões Configurar decorações... e Configurar botões... e o botão Obter novas decorações... permite que você baixe mais temas.
