Baloo je služba vyhledávání a indexování souborů, které používá Dolphin a Elisa k získávání metadat souborů a umožňujě globální vyhledávání. Jestli byl index již vytvořen, zjistíte v terminálu příkazem balooctl check . balooctl disable a balooctl status jsou také užitečné instrukce.
