Message definition (Accessibility/Plasma)
The scale factor and mouse pointer tracking can be adjusted in the system settings. For a fixed-sized zoom window, use the "Magnifier" effect rather than the "Zoom" effect.

Коэффициент масштабирования и отслеживание указателя мыши можно настроить в Настройках Системы. Для окна масштабирования фиксированного размера используйте эффект «Лупа», а не эффект «Масштаб».
