Кроме того, убедитесь что проблема именно в KDE, а не в какой-то другой подсистеме вашего компьютера (к примеру X или ALSA). Как вариант — попробуйте какое приложение, не входящее в KDE, чтобы убедиться, что проблема возникает и там. И, естественно, если в чём-то не уверены — спрашивайте.
