I'm new to kdenlive. I was following a tutorial and noticed that there was no "Speed" effect under the /Effects/Motion menu. But you can still change the clip speed by doing left click, "Change Speed". I found this thanks to the very useful "Find Action" button (Ctrl + Alt + I, under Help.

Therefore maybe this page should be moved or updated
