Using [[Special:myLanguage/KWin|KWin]]'s window tabbing feature, we can make '''rekonq''' emulate the behavior of '''chromium''' by opening new windows instead of tabs within the same window. This will not however allow each window of '''rekonq''' to crash independently - all windows of '''rekonq''' crash as a single process. It merely emulates the look of '''chromium''', giving individual controls for each webpage you load.

За допомогою можливості вкладання вікон KWin можна зробити так, щоб rekonq імітував вигляд chromium, тобто, щоб програма відкривала не вкладки, а нові вікна у межах одного вікна. Але при цьому кожне з вікон rekonq аварійно завершуватиме роботу разом з усією програмою: не можна буде зробити так, щоб вікна rekonq могли існувати окремо. Зімітовано буде лише вигляд chromium: ви зможете керувати сторінкою-вікном кожної з відкритих веб-сторінок окремо.
