Message definition (KPPP)

This software is used to setup ''PPP'' (Point-to-Point Protocol) connections. This is most useful for connecting with a cell phone "modem" card these days. It is also use to configure real modem connections. The '''NetworkManager''' suite intends implementing ''PPP'' functionality that will probably, in time, make '''KPPP''' obsolete.

Este software se utiliza para configurar conexiones PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol). Esto es útil para conectarse utilizando un teléfono móvil como "módem" en la actualidad. También se puede usar para configurar conexiones con módem reales. La suite NetworkManager intenta implementar la funcionalidad PPP lo que hará, en su debido momento, que KPPP quede obsoleto.
