Kdenlive, KDE Non-Linear Video Editor (KDE Doğrusal Olmayan Video Düzenleyici) kelimelerinin kısaltılmışıdır. Öncelikle Linux platformu için amaçlanmış (GPL lisanslı) ücretsiz bir yazılımdır.
