{{KDevelop4Nav}} creates a box with a link to the main manual site (a.k.a. "Contents").

Example:

prev: Name of the previous chapter, link is prefixed with "KDevelop4/Manual/". Optional.
next: Name of the next chapter, link is prefixed with "KDevelop4/Manual/". Optional.
up: Name of the parent chapter, link is prefixed with "KDevelop4/Manual/". Optional.
