To access your appdata, press '''Win + R''' (Windows key and R key simaltenously) and type '''APPDATA''' (all caps). Find the kdenlive folder, and within it rename ''kdenliverc'' to ''kdenliverc.old''.

| Firstly, delete your normal kdenlive folder (containing the application)
