In Plasma 5.10, the KWin developers introduced gesture functionality for touch screens, which is enabled by default for all systems. You can disable it through plasma <menuchoice>System Settings</menuchoice> → <menuchoice>Workspace Behavior</menuchoice> → <menuchoice>Touchscreen</menuchoice>. Relogin your plasma session if the change doesn't take effect immediately.
