It is reached from the <menuchoice>Settings</menuchoice> menu, <menuchoice>Configure Amarok -> Scripts</menuchoice>. Scripts can be installed from downloaded script packages, or from the <menuchoice>Manage Scripts</menuchoice> button which can fetch and install the latest user-contributed scripts from the Internet.‎
