Special:Badtitle/NS90:Talk:Translation Workflow/Unusual formatting on K3b page

It seems that some authors prefer to format the pages as they like, using some entities (like  , —, etc.). If the usage of such entities is necessary for wiki, can it be regulated by the translation rules?
