De KDE Plasma desktop

Dit is het standaard KDE Plasma bureaublad. Deze applicaties zijn algemene programma's die bij de meeste standaard KDE SC 4 installaties inbegrepen zijn. Ze leveren de kern van alle functionaliteit die u van een bureaubladwerkomgeving verwacht. Ze laten gebruikers hun bureaublad en toepassingen eenvoudig en flexibel beheren en gebruiken.
