not distributed anymore since KDE SC 4.4, no git repo or anything, wiki says that it's deprecated and proposed under the old system

Sadly, kdessh has been unmaintained for some time. It was distributed as part of the kdeutils bundle but no longer is so, from KDE SC 4.4.

KIO support ssh, so you can for example use dolphin to access a ssh server with a graphical user interface.
